For employers
Hire on evidence, not guesswork.
Every applicant answers the same structured interview, and every score arrives with the question, the answer and the rubric behind it. You still make the decision.

What the portal gives you
Post a role
Describe the job once. Candidates interview from a link on their own time, so there is nothing to schedule and no panel to assemble.
Your pipeline in one table
Search, filter by stage, status, role or flag, and sort by score. The filters live in the URL, so a shortlist is a link you can send a colleague.
The reasoning, not just a number
Open any candidate to read what they were asked, what they answered, how each answer scored, and the concerns the scorer raised about it.
Decisions recorded where they happen
Stages, notes and tags live on the candidate, so the hiring conversation stops living in a spreadsheet beside the tool.
Reports you can hand over
Export one candidate or the whole pipeline to PDF or Excel when someone outside the portal needs to see it.
Your team, with limits
Invite admins, recruiters and viewers. Two-factor authentication is available for every account, and a viewer can read the pipeline without changing it.
Three steps to a shortlist
- 01Post
Create a posting
Title, description and the skills the role needs. Save it as a draft while you work on it, publish when it is ready.
- 02Invite
Invite candidates
Share the link. They interview in English or French, by voice or typed, from their own browser.
- 03Decide
Review and decide
Compare scored interviews side by side, read the evidence behind each one, and move people through the stages yourself.
Defensible by design
A person decides
A score is evidence for a reviewer. Nothing here rejects, shortlists or hires on its own - that is the line CPPA draws around automated decisions, and we keep to it.
Consent before recording
Candidates opt in to recording explicitly, each consent is logged with the session, and they can withdraw a result from you afterwards.
Same questions, same rubric
Structure is what makes two candidates comparable. Everyone interviewing for a role works from the same blueprint and is measured against the same criteria.

It takes about a minute. You are signed in as the first admin straight away, and can publish your first role once your email is verified.
